Make More Love Connections

With their warm, loving gaze and their intelligence and expert skills to perform tasks, Canine Companions service dogs not only enhance independence for people with disabilities—they also provide unconditional love.

This February, please help us make more love connections. Each bond between a person with a disability and their Canine Companions service dog is truly unique and profound.

Be the cupid who unites more children, adults and veterans with disabilities with their very own service dogs.

ALL DONATIONS are DOUBLED, dollar for dollar, up to $200,000!*

Izzy and Aurora

“Aurora takes pressure off some of Izzy’s physical differences, as well as all our appointments, that no 11-year-old should have to face. Already, we see their bond is amazing,” says Izzy’s mother.

Stryder and Fonz

The connection between Stryder and Fonz has been life-changing. “I saw their connection the first night we had Fonz,” recalls Becca, Stryder’s mother. “Fonz was just there for him all night. It was symbolic of the unconditional love these dogs have, and I thought, ‘Wow, this is going to be a special bond.'”

Rosemary and Dom

“Dom is so good at his job. When we’re home around the house, he’s always waiting to see what I need and is there to help with a task. When I’m in public, I feel safe and confident with him by my side. He even intuitively puts his head on my lap when I’m getting anxious,” shares Rosemary.

Gary - Puppy Raiser

“The puppies I’ve raised helped me be able to give that love and learn how to receive that love, which is something that was hard for me throughout my life,” says Gary, an inmate and prison program puppy raiser.
