Aadi has cerebral palsy, which affects his mobility and daily life. Recently, Aadi’s art teacher asked the class to paint what friendship means to them. Without hesitation, he chose to paint Dozer. With some help, he painted an outline of a black Labrador, but something was missing. So, Aadi added bright colors, making the painting uniquely his own. Beyond unconditional love, Dozer is Aadi’s constant helper – retrieving toys, removing socks and assisting around the house. But most of all, they’re best friends. Dozer never leaves Aadi’s side, whether during stretches, therapies or bedtime. Right now, more than 500 children and adults with disabilities are waiting for a life-changing service dog.
