ABOUT
The Emerald Coast Volunteer Chapter of Canine Companions encompasses the Florida coastal areas along the Gulf of Mexico, as well as Mississippi and Alabama.
Chapter members include graduates, volunteers, puppy raisers and donors who are enthusiastic about support the mission of Canine Companions – providing expertly trained service dogs for people with disabilities, free of charge.

Volunteer chapters raise awareness, recruit new puppy raisers and volunteers, and support one another’s work on behalf of the mission in many ways. We are a lively network filled with opportunities for social engagement, from puppy classes to fundraisers. Beyond the satisfaction of doing good work for a good cause, lifelong friendships are often formed among chapter members.

Eukanuba and Canine Companions Celebrate National Service Dog Awareness Month with New “Feed Eukanuba, Fuel Independence” Campaign

Eukanuba will celebrate National Service Dog Month this September by launching “Feed Eukanuba, Fuel Independence,” a campaign focused on raising money for long-time partner Canine Companions to increase the number of trained and placed service dogs.
