The Chesapeake Volunteer Chapter encompassses puppy raisers, graduates and volunteers in Maryland.
If you’re looking for deeper engagement as a Canine Companions volunteer, we encourage you to get involved with our chapter. The Chesapeake Chapter is an extension of the Northeast Regional Training Center. We work to raise awareness, recruit new puppy raisers and volunteers and support one another’s work on behalf of the Canine Companions’ mission.

Give a Dog a Job 5k run/walk September 14 in Richmond!
The 6th annual Give a Dog a Job 5k fundraising event will be held Saturday, Sept. 14, 2024, at Main Line Brewery in Richmond VA. We are excited to be back at Main Line for a fourth year!
