ABOUT

The Hudson Valley Chapter encompasses puppy raisers, graduates and volunteers in the Hudson Valley area north of New York City. The mission of the Hudson Valley Chapter is to raise awareness, recruit new puppy raisers and volunteers and support one another’s work on behalf of the Canine Companion’s mission. If you’re looking for deeper engagement as a Canine Companions volunteer, we encourage you to get involved with our chapter. The Hudson Valley Chapter is an extension of the Northeast Regional Training Center.

DogFest Long Island – NER

Canine Companions® DogFest is a national family- and dog-friendly event. We celebrate our love of dogs and the bonds we share, while raising money and encouraging volunteers to support the mission and educate the public about our life-changing work of providing expertly trained service dogs to people with disabilities free of charge.
