ABOUT
Welcome to the Cin-Day Chapter website. Chartered in the fall of 2015, Cin-Day is the first Ohio chapter formed in the North Central Region of Canine Companions. We’re a group of passionate puppy raisers, graduate teams, and volunteers in the greater Cincinnati and Dayton region in southwestern Ohio. Our focus is to support Canine Companions through community awareness, fundraising, and social activities.
If you’re looking for deeper engagement as a Canine Companions volunteer, we encourage you to get involved with our chapter. The Cin-Day Volunteer Chapter is an extension of the North Central Regional Training Center. We work to raise awareness, recruit new puppy raisers and volunteers and support one another’s work on behalf of the Canine Companions’ mission. Volunteers are a tremendous resource for Canine Companions and are at the heart of everything we do. There are a lot of ways you can get involved with the chapter. Below are some opportunities:
- Raising public awareness for Canine Companions
- Working information tables
- Volunteer to work events
- Become a volunteer puppy raiser
- Providing financial support for Canine Companions through fundraising
- Giving demonstrations and presentations about the Canine Companions program
- Providing support to all those that share the passion and mission of Canine Companions
