For the past seven years, the Miceli Group and the San Jose Giants host a Disability Awareness Night for both the Special Needs Community and the general public in appreciation of and to share the work of various organizations that enhance the lives of children and adults with disabilities. On July 16, eight Canine Companion graduate dogs and pups and their families attended the game. It was a great opportunity to share the mission of Canine Companions with other attendees.
