Canine Companions is proud to be a Pioneer Sponsor of the Runway of Dreams fashion show hosted by the Runway of Dreams Foundation on September 12, 2022, in New York City. September is both National Service Dog Month and New York Fashion Week, and we are honored to be a partner, highlighting the adaptive fashion industry and celebrating disability pride and awareness.
The evening will highlight a revolutionary adaptive fashion show, bringing together dozens of brands and leadership in the inclusive market. The show will feature adaptive clothing and footwear on more than 60 models with varying disabilities and backgrounds from leading brands, such as Kohl’s, Target, Zappos.com, JCPenney, Tommy Hilfiger, Adidas, No Limbits and Stride Rite. Steve Madden will be debuting its adaptive footwear line, alongside brands French Toast Adaptive, Stemwear, Unhidden, and Magnetic Me, who will be showcasing products from their new collections.
The Runway of Dreams’ Fashion Revolution Shows fund its foundation to continue to educate consumers; raise awareness; advocate for industry change; provide scholarships to develop the next generation of design innovators; support collegiate programs nationwide; and provide access to fashionable adaptive apparel to those in need.
