Canine Companions puppy Wynn and her volunteer puppy raiser, Dr. Susan Ryan of Colorado, are making a huge impact in the Rose Medical Center emergency department! Wynn often goes to work with Susan for important socialization, but with the recent pandemic, both Susan and Wynn are helping out more than ever.

After setting up a safe room for Wynn, frontline staff notice the profound effect the year-old Canine Companions puppy is having on mental wellbeing during an unprecedented time.

A photo of Susan and Wynn was featured on the Instagram account The Dogist, and now Susan and Wynn’s impactful story has been featured across the country.

See what a difference a dog makes!
