Meet Special Guest Billy Lister

Billy is a pediatric stroke survivor and a United States Paralympian. After being matched with his first Canine Companions service dog, Potter I, he embarked on a journey of independence, courage, and love that’s taken him all over the world.

Billy was recently matched with his third successor dog, Heath V. All of Billy’s canines have come from the Southwest Training Center in Oceanside, California. Billy proudly declares that Canine Companions will forever be his family and a part of his life.
